Isabele Sanden is the founder of Breathe Studio and a dedicated wellness guide specializing in Pilates, yoga, and holistic health. With a personal journey of healing from both cancer and spinal surgery, Isabele brings deep compassion and lived experience to her teaching.
She is passionate about helping others build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement and lifestyle practices.

Chelsea Baker is a passionate movement instructor who brings warmth, energy, and creativity to every class. With a strong foundation in both Pilates and yoga, she empowers her students to build strength, improve alignment, and deepen their connection to mind and body.
