As a family medicine physician since 2003, I saw the short-comings of conventional medicine when it came to weight loss. There is no "magic pill!" The body has an innate ability to heal.... but we MUST balance our hormones, especially when it comes to weight loss and our metabolism. This is how you get long term, LASTING RESULTS! So I believe that learning to be healthy is a million times more valuable than popping pills… And healthy habits last for life!

Hi, my name is Isabele Sanden, I’m a third-generation Fletcher Pilates teacher, trained under Teresa Chickore at Pilates Into Life in Seattle, WA.
I’m certified in all forms of Pilates equipment—mat, towel, barre, floor, reformer, and tower—as well as pre- and postnatal Pilates, rehabilitation Pilates, and I’m a fully certified cancer exercise and movement/oncology specialist.
My Pilates journey began in Seattle, where I experienced firsthand the physical and emotional healing that Fletcher Pilates brings. This method, rooted in breath and mindful movement, develops core strength, balance, stability, and grace—transforming the body from the inside out.
Before opening my own studio, I worked as a top anti-infective and analgesic specialist and trainer for Ortho McNeil/J&J. Healing work has always been my passion.
Even through my cancer journey, I taught Pilates up until the day of my surgeries, experiencing for myself how essential movement is to our recovery, circulation, strength, and longevity.
Today, my mission is to share that knowledge and empower women—helping them prepare their bodies, protect their health, and reclaim their strength.
