Angie has been teaching fitness for over a decade, bringing more than eight years of specialized Barre training to her classes. With a deep passion for holistic wellness, she combines movement, mindfulness, and education to help her clients feel strong, balanced, and empowered. As a Board-Certified Health Coach and current Master’s student in Functional Health and Nutrition, Angie bridges the gap between exercise and overall well-being, helping clients understand how movement, nourishment, and mindset work together to support a vibrant, healthy life.
Her Barre classes are known for being both approachable and challenging, welcoming all fitness levels. Angie’s thoughtful teaching style emphasizes proper form, alignment, and functional strength. Each class offers a dynamic mix of isometric holds, controlled pulses, cardio bursts, and creative use of equipment to build endurance, stability, and confidence. Her goal is for every client—whether new or experienced—to leave feeling accomplished, energized, and proud of what their body can do.
Originally from Michigan, Angie now calls Colorado home. When she’s not teaching or studying, you’ll find her outdoors soaking up the sunshine, hiking, or exploring with her husband and two young kids. She brings the same joy, positivity, and care she lives by into every class, inspiring others to move with purpose and embrace their healthiest selves.
