She is SO knowledgeable and compassionate about her work, listens to you, gets to know your physical issues that need to be addressed during class, and has truly helped me become stronger joint-wise and muscle wise as I age. I SO look forward to her class!!! We have a LOT of fun, while I work! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a Pilates class with reformers, towers, barres, or mats… she has it all!
