Our classes aren’t just about moving your body—they’re little moments to reconnect with yourself. Each session is a chance to breathe deeper, laugh a little, and leave feeling stronger in ways that go beyond the physical.

Yoga

This all-levels Yoga class weaves together breath, movement, and mindfulness to nurture both body and mind. You’ll experience a thoughtful balance of flowing sequences, gentle stretches, and grounding poses that build strength, increase flexibility, and create space for inner calm.

 

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time or deepening an established practice, this class is designed to meet you where you are. Each posture can be modified or advanced, allowing you to honor your body and your journey.

 

As you move, you’ll learn to connect breath with motion—finding a rhythm that not only releases tension but also cultivates presence and awareness. By the end of class, you’ll feel more grounded, centered, and at ease—carrying a sense of calm and clarity with you long after you leave the studio.

Isabele Sanden is the founder of Breathe Studio and a dedicated wellness guide specializing in Pilates, yoga, and holistic health. With a personal journey of healing from both cancer and spinal surgery, Isabele brings deep compassion and lived experience to her teaching.

She is passionate about helping others build strength, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement and lifestyle practices.

Pilates and Yoga Instructor: Chelsea Baker

Chelsea Baker is a passionate movement instructor who brings warmth, energy, and creativity to every class. With a strong foundation in both Pilates and yoga, she empowers her students to build strength, improve alignment, and deepen their connection to mind and body.

Chelsea’s love for mindful movement shines through in her teaching, blending the precision of Pilates with the grounding and restorative elements of yoga. Her classes are designed to be both challenging and uplifting, leaving students feeling stronger, more balanced, and truly renewed.

Barre Instructor: Angie Renee

Angie has been teaching fitness for over a decade and brings more than eight years of specialized barre training to her classes. As a Board-Certified Health Coach and current Master’s student in Functional Health and Nutrition, she blends her deep knowledge of movement and wellness to help clients feel strong, healthy, and empowered.

Her classes are approachable yet challenging—thoughtfully designed to emphasize proper form, full-body strength, and a balance of isometric holds, cardio bursts, and dynamic equipment work. Angie’s goal is simple: to create a supportive space where every client, from beginner to advanced, feels energized, confident, and inspired after class.

Originally from Michigan, Angie now calls Colorado home. When she’s not teaching, she loves hiking, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying outdoor adventures with her husband and two young kids.

Barre Instructor: Stephanie LaMalfa

Stephanie La Malfa is a dedicated barre instructor who brings positivity, energy, and encouragement to every class.
