Stephanie La Malfa has been teaching Barre for over 14 years throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding suburbs. Her career has taken her everywhere—from big-box gyms and country clubs to boutique and franchise studios—giving her the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and inspire them through movement.

 

Stephanie’s passion for Barre runs deep. She fell in love with the method because of the way it blends strength, precision, and grace to create lasting results. For her, Barre is more than just a workout—it’s a form of mindful movement that builds body awareness, strengthens the joints, improves posture, and enhances the natural alignment of the spine. She loves seeing her clients discover their own strength and confidence through consistent practice, and she takes pride in creating classes that challenge both the body and mind in an empowering way.

Stephanie believes Barre perfectly complements Pilates, offering a dynamic balance between control and fluidity. She’s dedicated to helping her clients feel strong, centered, and capable—both inside and outside the studio.

 

When she’s not teaching, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her many animals. A true Colorado native at heart, she finds joy and renewal in the outdoors, often hiking or running with her dogs. Her love for movement extends into every part of her life, and she brings that same energy, warmth, and encouragement to every class she leads.
